Theme Description

The Photography competition invites participants to capture powerful images that represent the transformative role of technology and leadership in fostering global sustainability. The photos should reflect how innovation and responsible leadership are helping address key global issues such as climate change, resource conservation, and social justice. Participants are encouraged to use photography to tell stories of change, showcasing technology’s impact on the environment, communities, or industries. The images should evoke emotions, inspire thought, and highlight the positive influence of technological advancements in shaping a sustainable future. Through their lens, participants will demonstrate the profound connection between leadership, technology, and sustainability, offering a visual narrative that sparks action for a better world.

Competition Registration Procedure
  1. Participants can register here.
  2. Participants complete the payment and retain proof of payment for submission.
  3. File submission should follow the format CategoryCompetition_TeamLeaderName_UniversityOfOrigin.
  4. Participants duly fill out the submission form.

Submission Period: April 21st – July 21st 2025
Competition Assesment: July 28th – August 1st 2025

  5. Content should not contain elements of SARA (Ethnic, Religious, Racial, and Inter-group Relations) and Pornography.
  6. Participants are responsible for any copyright issues or related matters regarding the creation and ownership of registered works.
  7. The number of participants is limited to 1 person.
  8. Winners will be announced on the ISC 2025 website.
  9. The committee reserves the right to disqualify entries before, during, and after the judging if they are deemed to violate rules and conditions.
  10. By participating in this competition, participants grant the committee the right to use the Photography Competition for the purpose of competition publication, documentation, and utilization in the ISC 2025 event.
  11. Photography competition falls under the colored category.
  12. Various types of digital cameras are allowed in the competition, excluding integrated cameras in mobile phones.
  13. Submitted works should not be in the form of photo montages and collages.
Technical Criteria
  1. Participants are allowed to submit only 1 (one) photography work.
  2. The final result should be a photo inserted into a document containing a narrative related to the photo, and the document should include a link to the original photo data for jury access if needed. The document is then converted to .pdf.
  3. Photos submitted after the acceptance deadline will not be included in the event.
  4. Watermarks in the work are not allowed.
  5. The decision of the jury is final and cannot be contested.
Judging Criteria
    1. Evaluation is done by the Jury Team appointed by the ISC 2025 committee.
    2. Photography Competition entries received within the specified time limit will be screened by the committee and curators.
    3. The decision of the jury is final and cannot be contested.
