  4. Participants duly fill out the submission form.

  6. Participants are responsible for any copyright issues or related matters regarding the creation and ownership of registered works.
  7. Each team consists of a maximum of 2 participants.
  8. Submitted manuscripts must be original, not previously published, and not a previous winner in similar events or competitions.
  9. Entries will be screened, and the top 3 works will be selected as winners according to the jury’s decision.
  10. The committee has full publication rights for the submitted works for research and public service purposes, with copyright retained by the owner.
  11. Participants submit a .pdf file of the essay created on the registration form.
Writing Criteria

Essay Writing Structure:

  1. Typed on A4-sized paper, 1.5 spacing, Times New Roman font, size 12, with typing margins (margin) of left 4 cm, right 3 cm, top 4 cm, bottom 3 cm, justified.
  2. The essay is written in proper Indonesian language following the General Guidelines for Indonesian Spelling (PUEBI) Foreign words are italicized and English Language with Grammarly.
  3. The title of the essay is bolded (bold) with a font size of 12 and centered alignment, with 1.5 spacing.
  4. The essay consists of three sections—Introduction (providing background and topic identification), Body (discussion and analysis), and Conclusion (summary/closure).
  5. The essay comprises 300 to 1000 words.
Technical Criteria
  1. Evaluation is done by the Jury Team appointed by the ISC 2025 committee.
  2. Essays received within the specified time limit will be screened by the committee and curators.
  3. The decision of the jury is final and cannot be contested.
