Theme Description
The Short Movie Competition invites participants to create a powerful short film that highlights how technology can drive a more sustainable and equitable future. The film should showcase innovative solutions such as digital technology, renewable energy, or smart systems in addressing global challenges including climate change, energy efficiency, and social inequality. Participants are encouraged to emphasize the role of responsible and visionary leadership in using technology to create positive impact. Through creative storytelling, the film should inspire audiences and reflect the potential of technology to shape a better world for future generations.

Terms And Conditions
1. Academic Eligibility: Participants must be actively enrolled students at their respective institutions.
2. Registration Fee: USD 25 / IDR 250.000 per Participant or Team.

4. Film Duration: Submissions must be between a minimum of 5 minutes and a maximum of 15 minutes (including titles and credits).
5. Reference Material: An example of a short movie video for reference can be accessed here.
6. Film Genres: Entries may be submitted in the form of documentary and/or fiction.
7. Originality: All films must be original works and must not utilize any materials that violate copyright laws.
8. Content Standards: The film must be free from elements of racism, discrimination, or any inappropriate content
9. Legal Liability: Participants bear full responsibility for any copyright or ownership issues related to their registered work.
10. Team Capacity: Each team is limited to a maximum of 6 participants.
11. Individual Entry Limit: A single participant may submit a maximum of 2 films, provided they are with different teams.
12. Submission Format: Short films must be submitted as a YouTube link within a document containing team details, uploaded in .pdf format via the registration form.
13. YouTube Visibility: Films uploaded to YouTube must be set to “Public” and include the hashtags #ISC2026 and #MovieISC2026.
14. Subtitles: If the film uses a regional language, it is mandatory to include subtitles in Bahasa Indonesia or English.
15. Right to Disqualify: The committee reserves the authority to disqualify entries before, during, or after judging if they violate rules regarding concept, production, or presentation.
16. Usage Rights: By entering, participants grant the committee the right to use the film for competition publication, documentation, and screening purposes.
Judging Criteria
- Panel of Judges: Entries will be evaluated by a distinguished Panel of Judges officially appointed by the organizing committee to ensure professional and objective assessment.
- Selection Process: All Photography Competition entries submitted within the designated timeframe will undergo a rigorous selection process by the organizing committee and expert curators.
- Finality of Decision: The jury’s decision is final, binding, and not subject to appeal or contestation under any circumstances.
- Judging Criteria & Weighting: The evaluation will be based on the following specific aspects and weighting:
