Competition Registration Procedure
  1. Participants can register here.
  2. Participants complete the payment and retain proof of payment for submission.
  3. File submission should follow the format CategoryCompetition_TeamLeaderName_UniversityOfOrigin.
  4. Participants duly fill out the submission form.

Competition Assesment: July 28th – August 1st 2025
Winners Announcement: August 15th 2025

  4. The number of participants is limited to 1 person.

  6. Participants will perform one song chosen by the organizers.
  7. Participants will provide their own accompaniment (the organizers will not provide accompaniment).
  8. Videos should be creatively presented, resembling a music video.
  9. The maximum duration of the video is 5 minutes.
  10. Each participant can submit a maximum of 2 (two) films with different teams.
  11. The video should be submitted in the form of a YouTube link included in a document containing the team’s information and submitted in PDF format through the registration submission form.
  12. The video uploaded on YouTube must use the hashtags #ISC2025 & #SingingISC2025 and must be set to public.

Technical Criteria
    1. The evaluation will be conducted by the Jury Team appointed by the organizers.
    2. Video Clips received within the specified deadline will be reviewed by the organizing team and curators.
    3. Jury decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

    2Performanceincludes the participant’s ability to deliver the song effectively, such as interpreting the lyrics, displaying appropriate facial expressions, and using body movements that match the music’s rhythm. Performance assessment also covers the participant’s ability to build a climax within the song effectively.20%
    3Voice Qualityencompasses the participant’s sound quality, including voice clarity, vocal strength, and the beauty of vocal timbre. Assessment of voice quality also includes the participant’s ability to interpret the song well and add a personal touch to the performance.40%
    4Videoincludes the quality of the video produced by the participant, such as good picture and sound quality, appropriate lighting, and accurate editing. Presentation assessment also covers the participant’s ability to present themselves in an engaging and professional manner in front of the camera.15%
