Theme Description

The Poster Design competition invites participants to create a visually striking poster that communicates the powerful connection between technology, leadership, and sustainability. The poster should highlight how innovative technological advancements, when guided by visionary leadership, can address global challenges like climate change, resource depletion, and social inequality. Participants are encouraged to use bold imagery, engaging graphics, and concise messaging to inspire action and raise awareness about the potential of technology to create a sustainable future. The design should convey the urgency and optimism of a world where technology and leadership work hand-in-hand to ensure long-term sustainability for all.

Competition Registration Procedure

  2. Participants complete the payment and retain proof of payment for submission.
  3. File submission should follow the format CategoryCompetition_TeamLeaderName_UniversityOfOrigin.
  4. Participants duly fill out the submission form.

Submission Period: April 21st – July 21st 2025
Competition Assesment: July 28th – August 1st 2025
Winners Announcement: August 15th 2025

  4. Participants are responsible for any copyright issues or related matters regarding the creation and ownership of registered works.
  5. Each team consists of 3 (Three) participant.
  6. Poster design uses A3 size without borders in JPEG or JPG format, RGB color, and high resolution (min 1000 pixels).
  7. The poster’s content must have a clear meaning, use effective and easily understandable sentences. The poster is only allowed to use English.
  8. The poster includes: a short and clear title of public education, easily understandable content, and images or charts that align with the theme.
  9. Create a description of the poster with a maximum of 2 pages. The description is typed in Indonesian with 1.5 spacing on A4-sized HVS paper, Times New Roman font size 12, Margin: left 4 cm, right 3 cm, top 4 cm, and bottom 3 cm. The description must be able to accurately and concisely explain the created poster. At the top of the description, include the poster title and participant’s name.
  10. The submitted file is 1 PDF document containing a photo of the poster inserted into the document and a description according to point 10, as well as including the link to the original poster file as stated in point 7.
  11. The committee has the right to disqualify design works before, during, and after the judging process if any conceptual, creation, or presentation violations are found.
  12. By participating in this competition, participants grant the committee the right to use short films for the purposes of competition publication, documentation, and film screening utilized by the ISC 2025 event.
Technical Criteria
    1. Evaluation is done by the Jury Team appointed by the ISC 2025 committee.
    2. Films received within the specified time limit will be selected by the committee and curators.
    3. The decision of the jury is final and cannot be contested.
