Leadership in the Age of Technological Transformation for Global Sustainability

Theme Description

The English Speech competition challenges participants to deliver an impactful and concise speech that explores the role of leadership in leveraging technological advancements to drive global sustainability. Each speech must follow the Three Minute Thesis (3MT) style—clear, focused, and engaging—delivered within a strict time frame of 3 minutes with only one static slide allowed. Speakers are expected to address how mature, visionary leadership is crucial in harnessing innovation to tackle pressing global challenges, such as climate change, inequality, and resource depletion. The speech should highlight the transformative potential of technology in creating sustainable solutions and emphasize the responsibility of leaders in guiding communities and organizations toward a sustainable future. Participants must inspire and motivate their audience, effectively demonstrating the powerful connection between leadership, technology, and sustainable global impact—all within a compelling, time-limited presentation.
